Operationally there are challenges as with any organization.

Zero growth within the company. The politics between departments is a joke, no one wants to collaborate, just blame one another for poor results. Pay extremely low for market standard, layoffs happen often, they just spread them out over a few months. Working with an Israeli HQ is horrible, most of them are extremely rude and takes an age to finalize any decisions. Issues with commission every month. Don’t waste your time here.

- toxic managemnet mentality - can be extremely stressful at times - no cohesiveness, i.e newer purchased companies dont feel like part of the company except shared facilities and bigger milestones - relatively low paychecks comapred to the market, no salary increases - not a very good place for juniors

Cheap company, in the past 3 years we had no salary raises as a company's policy for 2 years (RSUs instead, which keeps your base salary constant). The overall approach as to technology is mandated by team leader, no longterm sight. Basic aminities and food in the kitchenette.

It is truly hart to feel appreciated in this company, regardless of your level and position you will be paid significantly less than the average in your field. Salary increases get canceled every 2-3 years. And the RSU that you receive is minimal.
