Pros

Remote reporting. Get to work with different clients. Flexible working. Work closely with client and learn recruitment in a corporate environment.

Cons

Management only looking at profit. Director recruit Recruiter without verifying salary. Still employ employee with fail reference check and integrity issue. Unfair loading of jobs, recruiters in favour work less, recruiters not in favour overloaded. Able to sweet talk Director will promote faster. Director use dirty way to trick applicants to accept lower or at current pay.

Pros

- Work from home (Flexible work arrangement) - Paid time off - Some clients make it worthwhile

Cons

- No work life balance (No life in general, since it's all about work) - Low pay (way below market rate) - High promises of bonus but it's not fulfilled - Poor account management (CSMs can't how to say no to client) - SLAs are unrealistic - Very very very bottom line driven (Financial targets are part of our KPI) - Recruiters who screws up account get promoted (Favouritism is a real problem) - Micro-managing, demanding and rude clients - Overwhelming workload

Pros

The benefits and salary are satisfactory.

Cons

Culture is awful; individuals are constantly laid off for no reason and are not retained at all - it all depends on the project.

Hi this is Jen Santoleri, VP - Client Services. With our ongoing organizational restructure, I appreciate this change is tough and with that, much ambiguity and a moving foundation as we work toward settling into our new ways of working. Please know this type of change is something that took time, planning and much consideration. The new model was designed based on client feedback, market insights and feedback from our teams internally. This doesn't mean we won't find challenges along the way but we know we have the right teams in place to solve those challenges. It's disappointing to learn your experience of Cielo's culture was not the positive and supportive community so many of us thrive in. At our core, we want our employees to feel valued, secure, and empowered to contribute their best. Your insights are a crucial part of this process, and we will continue to take steps to champion an inclusive and stable work environment for all our people. I encourage you to reach out to the regional P&C department (People&CultureAPAC@cielotalent.com), or you are welcome to contact me directly at Jennifer.Santoleri@cielotalent.com, if you have any additional suggestions or concerns you'd like to share.
