Hi this is Jen Santoleri, VP - Client Services. With our ongoing organizational restructure, I appreciate this change is tough and with that, much ambiguity and a moving foundation as we work toward settling into our new ways of working. Please know this type of change is something that took time, planning and much consideration. The new model was designed based on client feedback, market insights and feedback from our teams internally. This doesn't mean we won't find challenges along the way but we know we have the right teams in place to solve those challenges. It's disappointing to learn your experience of Cielo's culture was not the positive and supportive community so many of us thrive in.
