barely any, may be better if u work in town ultimately depends on which team you are in but.... stable progression up till intermediate analyst provided that you can endure for at least 3years
Cons
lousy bonus compared to other banks disorganized trainings, expect you to fly when you are still crawling old school way of doing things try to mask everything up by guilt tripping and gaslighting you irregular lunch hours, as late as going lunch at 3pm OT is definitely expected horrible location at changi business park, shuttle services are as horrible as the location, its as if they whacked random timings from the sky without proper surveys. basicay just avoid, especially if they keep on pressing you to accept the offer (they're really desperate!)
