Long hours in the hot sun, lots of stopping, no real training dealing with toxic chemicals, no organization, high turn over rate, broken equipment which includes their work trucks.

Poor communication, no integrity, no responsibility, poor organization, owners very rude speak to you like dirt beneath their feet, lack of safety protocol, poor training, no customer communication, office schedules incorrect work to be done, more problems than a problem factory. Blame games are their top priority, truly a pathetic excuse for a company!
