Cons

beware you are entering into a fixed termed contract and they can terminate u anytime. Low balled you on salary when their client paid much much higher for the project and only give 7 days leaves plus 5 days special leaves. If you are in Singapore and reading this, run and only accept this when you have no choice.

Avoid at all cost

nothing that i can think of, maybe the biscuits they send you upon selection

Cons

avoid taking up the training with this company because you will be wasting 6 weeks being paid peanuts at 1.5k and there is no guarantee that you get deployed on the date they promised. In my case, delayed salary and started work more than 2 month after training.
