The management are very flexible when it comes to working remotely or accommodating various life situations. Management is encouraged to evaluate an employee by their work and control, and not by hours spent at their office.
Cons
Sometimes this may not be so disturbing, if didn't practically cancel all raises, performance bonuses and incentive for the non-top-performers.
