Excellent remote opportunities. VP addition has been the biggest boost to morale and the team is loyal to her. The staff is involved in decisions and has a voice. Owners are making an effort to be in front of staff. Rebrand to leverage our expertise. Renewed focus on work/life balance with a call to take our time off. Culture change to a team mentality and approach with clients.
Cons
Benefits are minimal (% of health insurance, full dental, full vision, minimal 401k match). While owners are trying to be in front of staff, one owner is frequently absent and the other is uneducated about what we do.
