Pros

That this company will likely go out of business in the next 6 months.

Cons

So many to list. As with several others on this list and a number of collegues I know who previously worked for this company - we are all owed thousands of dollars. The Managing Director, who is really the CEO, lies and steals from employees as well as clients. The client I worked has him on the DO NOT DO BUSINESS with list. No response to emails, phone calls (his VM box wasa full for 5 months) when I was owed $17k. He promised several people the same commission to bring other consultants on the project but never paid any of them. Totally unscrupulous, devious, underhanded

Pros

Good Salary when starting. Hires very experienced consultants

Cons

management is a big liar - will say the company is big, but there only about 10 people in the company. Employment agreement says 10% bonus, but people don't get bonus. Work is just at the client site. And there's only a few clients. You will spend a whole lifetime doing boring, basic work that the client's project manager or product manager wants to outsource. You will find that your skills have become obsolete in a few years because of lack of training or learning opportunities. bad benefits - dental plan is bad, medical plan is very limited, no 401k match. No dental or medical for family (you have to pay for everything).

Pros

Some of the recruiters are phenomenal. I am thankful that I do not work in that office or I would have quit already.

Cons

Horribly unethical and entirely sketchy company -- border-line illegal activities going on and nearly all the employees are unhappy, unless they're too new to have figured out or not experienced all the MANY issues that this company has. Their financial state appears to be in a very bad state...they never pay their bills or their employees on time. From what I can tell at this point, about 75% of the employees in the staffing & recruiting department have barely been with the company for 6 months, and turnover is high. The turnover in a company says a lot about that company. From what I have heard from other consultants, there are lot of problems with finances and services get shut off quite often in the staffing & recruiting department. Also, many of their employees are owed quite a lot of money ($100's or even $1000's of dollars) with no explanation as to why and no estimation. Management seems to pass you around into a never-ending black hole when you need questions that your recruiter can't assist you with, and some people in management speak to you as if you have no worth, and the company has a feeling of dirty politics while not valuing the most important asset to any company...their employees! Things that go down at this office are most likely illegal, but definitely unethical, and I can only imagine that they have many lawsuits against them, and will continue to have more to come. I pray for those that have suffered that justice is served and that management wakes up, as I fear that this company will go down the drain very quickly if they don't, and the craziest part is that management seems to be blindly unaware of this fact. I am
