When I worked there it was a pretty decent company. The managers and supervisors were fair, you got to make your own schedule with very few requirements. It was a nice job for introverts as you are not allowed to talk to anyone in the production area.
Cons
At the time I worked, they didn't have paid breaks although apparently they do now. Also it takes a while to get to the point where you can make decent money (even longer if you aren't already a very quick typer).

Thank you for your honest review! We're so pleased to see that you were satisfied with our friendly management staff, unparalleled scheduling flexibility, and the independent nature of the work itself. Thank you for recommending us through this review and hopefully to your friends in the area! We have indeed changed the break policy to offer paid breaks now. It is true that it can take a while for some people to reach higher pay rates, but we pride ourselves on thorough training and adequate resources so that everyone has equal opportunity and the tools they need to reach higher levels of pay. Thank you again for your helpful feedback and the time that you spent working in our Gainesville location. We wish you all the best this holiday season and an excellent 2021!
Very flexible weekly self-scheduling process, wonderful to be able to work from home, managers are super nice and helpful.
Cons
Working so hard for such a low, low, non-living salary while typing up financial dictations hearing about people who are multi-millionaires, say they don't need to use the money yet are still wanting to get more is depressing.
Extremely flexible scheduling and very nice managers
Cons
The job itself is tedious and can be mentally draining

Thank you for your honest review. We are so pleased that you are enjoying our unparalleled scheduling flexibility and our upbeat, friendly management staff. We're sorry to hear that you feel that we aren't the best due to nature of the work itself. We understand that repetitive tasks and production-based jobs aren't for everyone, but we like to think that it is the perfect opportunity for many others. For some, it is relieving to know that they have a set task to perform that they've already trained for and feel confident doing; that there is no pressure to sell or interact with the public, as well as the ability to make their own hours and earn production-based, competitive wages. Thank you again for the helpful feedback and for the valuable time you've spent with us thus far. We hope that the remainder of this year treats you well and that you continue being awesome!
Great work/life balance. Friendly and helpful supervisors and managers, lots of training, flexible scheduling, predictable daily tasks, positive atmosphere
Cons
Confusing pay scale, prone to slow seasons with less work, if you get the job but barely pass the typing test you'll never make the big bucks
This job is amazingly flexible when it comes to time. Remote work is an option for more experienced scribes. If you are someone who prefers to be left alone while working, this would be a great job. The managers here are tolerable, and the job has plenty of training for new workers.
Cons
The pay is really mediocre, and the bonuses are incredibly difficult to achieve. Less than 10% of scribes earn more than $1/hr bonuses, which I'm sure is by design. This is not a job someone should take if they are trying to pay actual bills; this is more so for college students that don't have any real expenses.
