      Pros

      I started working for Cornerstone fresh out of college, with very little industry experience. Beginning my career at this office exposed me to a wide variety of projects/clients across several states. My direct supervisor was a fantastic mentor and provided a lot of support when I was still learning. I was given the opportunity to take on appropriate amounts of responsibility as I gained experience, and the senior management were always receptive to incorporating my ideas/feedback into our work. Overall, the staff at this office are very welcoming and collaborate well.

      Cons

      Not all good engineers make good project managers/supervisors. I know the company is on-track to improve this issue, so identifying which trajectory an employee should follow early on in their career at the company is important.
