The pay is horrible. While upper management is friendly and kind to their employees they are incompetent and can't think past the bridge of their nose when it comes to running the company and making good decisions for the good of the company. Change is constant and drives me insane. While there are upsides to working for this company this company lacks good leadership and proper direction. While my job is enjoyable I make well below the national average for a Quality Assurance Specialist. Turnover rate is also very high.

Very low pay, it's hard to get a promotion, you have to work every third Saturday, and it's too data driven in my opinion when it comes too determining the performance of your employees. Also, employees have to rely on the bonus structure too much to make good money.
