Hey I.T Professionals - You Do NOT Want to Work Here
Pros
This is being posted to give any person who is considering working here some background about the company that I didn't have when I made the decision to work here. Sadly, the only pro here is that the people who work there are nice.
Cons
You must be at your desk and working at 8:30. No exceptions. There is no flex time. You only get 30 minutes for lunch regardless of when you start or leave work. Some people will watch when you go to lunch, how long you take your lunch and report you to the leadership team. You have research and buy your own health insurance. New hire I.T. personnel are excluded from receiving benefits from the employee ownership stock program. The leadership team believes in micro managing. No clear direction on where the company is going. If you disagree with the leadership team, they will set you up for failure and then terminate you. You are fired the day you post your resignation even though you give 2 weeks notice of your last date and without any compensation.
