      Pros

      Warm Welcome - Teams are enthusiastic about receiving new team members Remote Work Schedule - Team is accommodating of varying work hours and time zones. Teamwork = Members are readily available to assist across all aspects of a client project.

      Cons

      Spirit - There is an expectation for excitement and enthusiasm that newcomers and certain personality types may find is a stretch to meet genuinely.

      Pros

      -it's an excellent marketing plan for veterinary practices; Dr. Warren has an entrepreneurial mindset and have developed a truly excellent marketing plan.

      Cons

      -All roles are contract, to avoid benefits -The principals are biased, have unrealistic ideas and deadlines, allow really poor behaviors to continue while eliminating others who work hard and try hard, change directions on a whim, and are mercurial to a fault -The plan relies too much on older technology and isn't keeping pace with the rapidly changing webosphere

      Sales Consultant

      Made some money . Two more words are required.

      Cons

      The absolute scum of the earth company. DO NOT listen to any of these posts, they are so fake. You are on call 24/7 as a sales consultant, clients must be able to reach you at all times. You are told to do the scummiest things to get a sale. They will sabotage anyone/anything in their way, including you. Honestly everything about this company is so bogus and I would not recommend for a second.

      Thank you for your post, but we think you may have posted this to the wrong company. We have never had employees in San Diego and we never had on call sales consultants. For over a year, we have only hired in Missouri, Wisconsin, Texas, North Carolina and Florida. We hope you find the right position for you and have amazing success. We wish you could apply for our positions, but we are not currently hiring in California.
