Pros

Some of the staff in certain departments are friendly and competent .

Cons

Management is unethical, arrogant, and autocratic. Upper management doesn't have a clue what goes on in their business. They ignore wrong doing at clients. They completely trust some middle managers who have no interest in doing the right thing . Certain departments turn over completely every year.

Pros

Flexibility Co-Workers are collaborative Purposeful/Meaningful work

Cons

The dishonesty, favoritism and manipulation by upper management creates a toxic environment. Questions are either not answered or words are manipulated to make employees look bad. The lack of professionalism and respect of upper management is disheartening. The compensation they offer to professionals is insulting.
