1. Split management - Shareholders are not at all aligned in goals, focus or intellect. 2. Undefined infrastructure: Workflows, Policies & Procedures etc 3. Zero technical insight - Bad Cop. 4. Inconsistent behavioural habits by one shareholder- Bad Cop Overall, there is a distinct lack of respect, dignity and consistency in one half of senior management which makes it impossible to find reasons to stay with the company.

1. Uninterested leadership 2. Throws money behind internal problems instead of understanding them. 3. Too focussed on Ai for present capabilities (ignore human input) 4. Lack of care or empathy 5. Lack of leadership on a some managerial levels and ownership level 6. Defensive based personality with co-owners 7. Too sales focussed and not enough trust in employees 8. Set you up for failure (and the blame you for failing)
