Cons
No major cons experienced during my time with the company.
- High level of trust and communication between colleagues.
- Flexible WFH day of your choice (1 day per week, though it used to be 2 days prior to August).
- Minimal OT except during certain crunch for industry-related events.
- Great production pipeline that plans ahead to avoid crunch.
- Competent production team! Team and leads usually set & meet deadlines without need for OT (except for special industry events).
- Decent performance bonus depending on company performance, individual performance, and the economy
- Great work-life balance!
- Very understanding leadership at all levels and departments.
- Opportunity to grow in career sideways rather than in an upward linear path depending on employee's strengths & weaknesses.
- Recently started a company-wide Udemy Business initiative (minimum 12 hours per quarter to keep the account).
- Decent group insurance policy (free GP consultation + medicine at select clinics, once a day)
Cons
- Benefits are ok, not much material benefits but that's okay because I'd rather take my performance bonus and the great work culture over material benefits any day! I like having the freedom to do what I want with money!
