Based on the contents of this review, we don't believe that this is meant for ELSE, a design consultancy based in London, UK. Our employee engagement scores are very high, we offer a 4-day week and excellent benefits compared to our industry peers. We have double the industry average investment in people development, and we have protected R&D time for people to develop themselves in the context of challenging/exciting near future design projects. Also, up to the time of writing, we have not had any people leave their position at ELSE this year, and this review is for someone who left in June 2019.

Based on the contents of this review, we don't believe that this is meant for ELSE, a design consultancy based in London, UK. Firstly, we don't have 'Design Engineers' as a role here and secondly, the working hours certainly aren't too much! We're a progressive company who has adopted a 4-day (32 hours) working week back in 2018.
