Pros
ETP has proved to be a very professional company with HR always trying to improve the work environment. Both management and HR have had my interest in mind, especially when i had a few personal issues and needed a compassionate employer. Very supportive. Recently we had a christmas party for under privileged children and it was very heartening to see a great amount of involvement from most employees.
Cons
I think sometimes some people get away when they are not sincere about their working hours. As an employee who comes to work on time i sometimes feel frustrated. I feel new employees need better induction.
