      Great people but political leadership and slow promotions

      Pros

      Benefits are 4/5! Just the standard in tech but not exceptional. Great and talented people working mid-level and entry-level roles at the company.

      Cons

      Top leaders tend to be highly political and biased. The organizational structure is strongly rooted in connections and often feels like a family business, if you’re not “family,” you’re disposable. Promotions are slow, and there is a lack of transparency around career growth, which has led to the loss of strong talent. !! Customers do not come first.

      - Feels like making money on people living on the edge(pay-check to pay-check) - Tipping not essential but they add it as a marketing & product message

      In scaling mode so trying to get the operational pieces right can be frustrating, but normal for this point in growth stage.

      Great people, working hard to make products that help people. Good growth, interesting problems to solve, and lots of ways to make a difference.

      Cons

      The CEO is holding the company back through micromanagement. Who is running the company while he is playing around in product, and marketing?

      Without a doubt, this is the best company I’ve ever worked for. From the onboarding process and leadership to the growth opportunities and the people, everything makes the employee experience truly unique. I couldn’t have made a better decision than joining EarnIn a year ago.

      Great team with challenges in a bit trying times

      - Good and very supportive colleagues in both peace time and war time, especially on - Great perks - Voice are heard well

      Cons

      - Got bad timing over restructuring (Deeply wished to work more with these amazing people) - Product-first could lead to messier engineering debts lead to slower release
