      Pros

      Good medical benefits. Pay is not fantastic but ok. Leave is one of the least for a senior position. Not a lot of good things to say.

      Cons

      Extremely disorganised at local and global management level which makes it difficult for senior director to manage the business and team. Within the organisation there is a lack of collaboration and extremely political. Pay is not fantastic. No work life balance. lack of trust and respect for peers. Very hierarchical. No guidance for new joiners. If you are joining as a new comer my advice is think twice!

      Relatively good work/life balance, good brand name, interesting colleagues.

      Cons

      Chronic under-investment in editorial products and resources spread thinly, management not at grips with changing business environment for information and analytical services, heavy emphasis on cost-cutting, mediocre remuneration and other staff benefits.
