Pros
- It's a good place for starting your career - oportunity to learn fastly. - I worked as Project Manager and that experience provided me a global vision of this kind of position.
Cons
- The career's progression is very slow. - There is lack of comunication between departments and team leaders. - The salaries aren't competitive. - The company doesn't provide training or courses essentials for each role. For example, as Project Manager during some years, I never had the opportunity to do a course for PM like Lean or other similar.
