Pros
You can now work from home/anywhere and the PTO was nice, but that may all be changing.
Cons
You get very few projects to work on and any tasks/projects you do eventually get lack substance, direction from supervisors and there is rarely any followup when you complete the project. There is no room for growth. There are communication issues that run deep even though the company is fairly small. Input and feedback from employees who actually interact with people on a daily basis often gets disregarded. Overall, the job is very isolating, which is a bit ironic since Element3 Health's mission is to help overcome social isolation.
