Pros
Flexible work schedule, decent pay. That’s pretty much it. Office staff in Houston was very friendly and helpful but that’s where that ended
Cons
Zero communication from management unless they call you out of nowhere to fire you over lies they themselves made up. Company leadership could care less about their employees. No coaching whatsoever from anyone in management. No product training, system training is a joke. Hiring team does not know what they are doing. No CRM, and if you come from outside the industry like i did, don’t bother. You will not last long as anytime you actually ask for help, it’s actually held against you.
