Pros
There are no 'pros'. This company sucks the life out of you. I would rate them zero stars below, but that isn't an option.
Cons
The department/building that I work in for the past 4 years has transformed from an advanced technical support center to front-line customer service. People that were hired because of their advanced technical support experience are now being forced to answer billing questions. Many offline departments have been outsourced overseas, such as escalated cases to Network Operations.
