The people you work with are excellent and are always more than willing to help you in a situation no matter what! Gives better insight on how credit works and a clear understanding of the fact of how risk is reviewed by financial/lending institutions.
Cons
Stress levels are at an all time high. You are expected to deliver the worst of news to the card members with an expectation of them rating you the best for breaking the news to them. Always treated as the unwanted child and have face low pay scales and disrespect. At times also need to deliver information to card members which can/would be erroneous down to the punctuation and still not accept it that the information provided by American Express is not vetted with the credit bureaus as claimed by American Express.
