      Pros

      You have the oportunity to create a good size network of colleagues and 3rd parties. Is very demanding and challenging.

      Cons

      Continous change of path, training and outside certifications should be a must. Takes a long time to have an oportunity to escalate positions if you are not part of one of the central offices.
