      Pros

      Amgen is a great place to work. They have a wonderful facility and wantto provide everything to help you succeed. I took advantage of the education reimbursement to finish my MS and many professional development courses.

      Cons

      Managers make or break you. If you are unlucky enough to get one with an agenda, look out. Theres' little you can do.
