      - Sunny location - Onsite gym - Lots of PTO

      Cons

      - ZERO opportunity for advancement - Constant layoffs / downgrading of positions - Pay / benefits get cut year after year (no merit raises for second year in a row) - Fell off of Fortunes "Best Places to Work" back in 2007 and is never going back
