Extremely toxic management who only care about themselves. Promotions are based off of who you suck up to, not how good of a job you do. The chances of being laid off are extremely high because management doesn’t know how to adequately plan for the future. No focus on employee growth or talent or retention. They do not care about their employees. You are just a number in this company unless you are an SVP or higher. HR will not help you, they will always side with upper management.
