      There are some really good programs and research and opportunities to get involved in research.

      Cons

      No health benefit to new employees for three months. Extremely low pay to staff while management making a lot more.

      Highly interactive job where you meet lots of different students and form connections

      Cons

      I don't like the administration changes that they have implemented in 2026. It more dictatorial now and tutor who are the face of their organization are not given much voice.
