      Great work of people to work with. Lots of technologies to use and you never get board.

      Cons

      Upper management is uptight. They are willing to terminate without notice if you are not being as productive as they think you should be. They are not as laid back like the rest of the university.

      Highly interactive job where you meet lots of different students and form connections

      Cons

      I don't like the administration changes that they have implemented in 2026. It more dictatorial now and tutor who are the face of their organization are not given much voice.
