Pros
Pay and benefits are solid. That’s about it.
Cons
Training is rushed and it’s a sales job with lots of systems you need to learn but don’t get sufficient training to do the actual tech support the job title entails. Getting any kind of time off is next to impossible as PTO accrual takes literally a month of work to get one day off, IF it’s approved. Shifts and scheduling are horrible. Work life balance suffers because of it. They kind of just throw you out there after 2 weeks of mediocre training and expect you to figure everything out as you go. Just avoid this place if you cherish your mental health.
