Pros

Casual environment, very nice colleagues, multicultural contacts and the opportunity to travel, and you may be lucky enough to advance your career in some cases

Cons

No autonomy, mediocre salaries, inflexible policies in general, no incentive to advance your education, constant brainwash, very few career opportunities in some cases, obsession with numbers regardless the human factor and achievements outside the numbers. If you like to be regarded as a number, or cattle for that matter, this is the place.
