      Pros

      Salary ranges are posted up front, and pay is decent. Healthcare options are broad, and there’s real backing for certifications, training, and tuition assistance. Compared to other contractors, CACI invests more in employee development. Experience varies like any contractor but on good contracts, the work is stable and meaningful, with solid relationships on the government side.

      Cons

      Leadership is still fairly homogeneous which limits perspectives and slows cultural change. Non-veterans can feel like outsiders in a culture shaped by military experience.

      Pros

      The "unlimited" FTO is the leader of the pros. Then the leadership has been mostly great and accommodating in allowing you to take time off. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. There is also the work. Its is very interesting work for specific customers and seeing your part get implemented into a larger project has been rewarding. The team is also great. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares.

      Cons

      The big Con like many project oriented Gov contractors is that "everything" becomes priority and it can be difficult to stay on track as well as not get in the way of other teams.
