- "Unlimited PTO" which is arbitrary and depends on how desperate your division's management is to retain talent. - The 401k match is the worst in the industry, requiring you to put in 8% to get it 4% AND it has a 3 year vesting period. - They cover 85% of health and dental insurance premiums, which would be fine if the rest of their benefits were decent.
