      Pros

      I like my line of work and I get freedom to implement my ideas. Management will back you on decision if you keep them updated. I personally have not seen any politics at work

      Cons

      Sometimes management is a bit stingy but most of them are pretty upfront. Salaries are adequate but not outstanding. Work hours can be long (depending on the project)

      Pros

      The "unlimited" FTO is the leader of the pros. Then the leadership has been mostly great and accommodating in allowing you to take time off. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. There is also the work. Its is very interesting work for specific customers and seeing your part get implemented into a larger project has been rewarding. The team is also great. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares.

      Cons

      The big Con like many project oriented Gov contractors is that "everything" becomes priority and it can be difficult to stay on track as well as not get in the way of other teams.
