Pros

* Make your own schedule. * Great team in Phoenix to work with

Cons

* Lead in Phoenix is manipulative and passes the blame on to everyone around him to include the Regional Manager. He will talk poorly about leadership to try and get in with investigators. * Blindly put in standards that are unattainable and then randomly change things to make it to where you can make metrics but never implement it entirely so that you're always chasing a carrot. * The company lacks the ability to realize that each case is independent and unique thus treating them all the same. I have been asked to lie by my supervisor as to not end up on a list that might make him look bad. They retaliate against you if you do not lie. * Managers send out emails talking poorly about previous managers and about how they are looking to fire the other managers. They send out emails speaking poorly of the previous managers asking Investigators to notify them if the former reaches out.

Pros

CACI has acquired quite a few smaller companies under its larger corporate umbrella, and although they have stripped these smaller companies of their identities and benefits thereafter, they do provide the safety net that larger companies do provide, but the benefits remain on par with most large defense contractors.

Cons

If you're apart of a smaller company that is either acquired by CACI, or have joined a program that once was a part of a smaller company already absorbed by CACI, you'll slowly watch the people, culture, and identity of that program drift away into corporate nothingness.
