      Flexibility in time and decent pay for what Event Specialists accomplish.

      Cons

      The previous Sam's sampling women who work for this Sam's store in Mishawaka are terrible and do not follow the guidelines set forth by Crossmark and nothing is being done. Quite a bit of pettiness, back stabbing, gossip from them. Very unprofessional and rude attitudes.

      Pros

      Former supervisor i worked with in Buffalo NY created a pleasant family team environment that created loyalty and great work environment.

      Cons

      New supervisor after that was nasty and still has a high turnover because of her poor management skills That's why I left No support or family team atmosphere anymore.
