Career opportunities for most departments and roles was clear and consistent with a pathway of coordinator, executive to manager level roles. Generally fun culture that celebrated wins and had an open door policy with majority of the executives. Worklife balance
Cons
Re promotions: the timing for, criteria and salary bandings for promotions were not always consistent - those who were accelerated tended to be based on perception of "culture fit" of a marketing agency vs. merit and performance. Salary was also well beneath market and historical leadership relationships were questionable which made it difficult to facilitate a truly psychologically safe culture in the absence of leaders role modelling the behaviours you'd expect. Bonuses at the time were only available to a small group of Senior Leaders and other employee benefits were minimal.
