Pros
- Pray your department isn't a skeleton crew and maybe you might learn something - Attractive pay i guess probably due to rapid expansion
Cons
-Wearing multiple hats -Pathetic onboarding whereby they throw you into the ocean and expect you to learn from failure -Unrealistic expectation, especially when you are new - Outdated SOP with missing information which hinders daily tasks - Unhelpful superiors - Extremely high turnover rate - Non-inclusive, highly likely due to many of current employees having come from the same prior company so won't include you in unless you brown nose
