Pros
Awesome people to work with! Capco Dallas/Houston employees really care for their clients and each other. Opportunities are there for the taking, but they aren't simply given. The Dallas office is full of tech minded consultants doing great things for their clients.
Cons
1) Limited number of clients. The clients are long standing and strategic, but few. 2) Capco is run like a small consultancy. Therefore, sometimes roles must be filled by less than ideal fit resources. Leadership is aware of these challenges and does their best to accommodate staffing changes in due time.
