The feedback indicates that you may have an issue with the firm and our leaders. As we welcome feedback and look to continually improve the experience of our people, we encourage employees to raise their concerns with their manager, coach, HR contact or through one of the anonymous feedback helplines or website we make available. Only if we understand the concerns can we hope to take action to address them and make improvements.
Noting your concerns it is also worth stressing that the current leadership has delivered market leading growth for Capco during an extremely challenging and competitive period, and expanded the firm in terms of both client base and international reach. To enhance communication in the firm, Capco will shortly launch a new firm-wide intranet to give you access to all the information you need about the firm as well as regular updates on new developments and our performance.
Of course, on the job training has been difficult in the pandemic with so many people forced to work remotely. That said, Capco was one of the first firms to shift its entire learning offering, both technical and personal development, on-line at the very start of the pandemic. As a result many of your colleagues have used the change in working pattern to enhance their skills and technical capabilities.
