We are very sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction. We are also surprised to see this feedback from one of our Associates which is one of our most diverse communities. We have placed a strong focus as a business on diversity and inclusion, including targets specifically around our Associate and Leadership populations which you can read more about here. There is also a structured performance management process in place with clear performance frameworks. If you have any questions or feedback on the process, please reach out to your HR Business Partner, Coach or a member of the Leadership team to discuss. You will find that they are open to listening to your suggestions or concerns.
Regarding your comments on the bench, employees are able to get involved in a variety of activities both internal and client-related when in between projects. In addition to the regular Bench calls to discuss upcoming projects and roles, we recently introduced calls to provide additional support to those on the bench which give employees an opportunity to connect, share what they are working on and air any concerns. The firm has also invested further in our Resourcing app resulting in a number of updates earlier this year and the team continues to work on developing this.
