Thank you for your feedback and positive comments. Our roundtables provide a forum for the fair assessment of all employees, and these are moderated by experienced HR and business leaders to ensure that everyone receives a rating based on their performance using the competency framework and with input from multiple stakeholders. We have also set out aspirational hiring and progression targets to further advance diverse representation at the firm which can be viewed here. We are proud to say that we are on track to meet, or in some instances, to surpass these targets for diversity in regards to our workforce composition and senior leadership.
We have five global Affinity Groups which are employee-led, firm-supported teams focused on employee engagement, and promoting awareness and inclusion around gender, race, ethnicity, disability, neurodiversity, veterans, parents or other shared backgrounds. The Groups create an environment for people to connect, engage, educate, inspire, and celebrate each other. They also work within the firm to help recruit, mentor, and support the progression of diverse talent. Any Capco employee can be a member of any Affinity Group. Our goal is for everyone, regardless of background or characteristics, to feel empowered and supported so they can be their authentic selves and achieve their full potential.
