Pros

The incentive system Chase has in place makes it very possible to make a great deal of money. But I would advise to not count your incentive as part of your salary. Banker hours and holidays are great compared to other types of retail. You are able to help make a difference in people's lives.

Cons

I have noticed that the people who get promoted aren't the ones who do the right thing and work hard, rather it's the people who manipulate the system and play politics. This goes against what Chase preaches to you at time of hire "We won't tolerate dishonesty". I was so excited when I first was hired thinking I'd found my career, only to now be in school to pursue something else. The "customer comes first" policy now in place is being practiced at an extreme they are firing people who have failed customer satisfaction shops. Every month you have to work to make full payout, if you don't you will also be on a watch list for termination. (I've made 100%+ most of this year) This is a sales job bottom line.
