      Pros

      The branch is perfect, everyone is great, we have an amazing team. The firm itself is pretty responsive when you have any kind of problem, question or issue. They are always there to back you up, salary is not too bad either.

      Cons

      Maybe the incentive plan coud benefit some review, but overall there are no cons. Working late saturdays could be one.

      Inclusive work environment with excellent benefits, even as a part time employee.

      Cons

      Your are sometimes required to complete the very same task as other co-workers, but do not receive any commission pay that the other person in another role does receive.
