      Flexible but not a great company - Coordinator Cielo Employee Review

      Pros

      They were great at being flexible with hours, and emergency family, last min leaving. The leadership could improve, the hours were ok but it was always hard to get approved.

      Cons

      the pay is crap, they talk about support alot but it doesn't reflect their culture and work. Training is one day and your on own. They preach growth and support but when you want to move up, it's who you know not what you know. It a great starter company but not worth staying.

      Pros

      well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

      Cons

      No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
