      No sense of teamwork is commonplace. People love to push off responsibilities to others. Incompetent individuals typically end up being mold on the floor that is rarely cleaned up.

      Great collaboration between work groups. There used to be room for advancement and diversity in the workplace.

      Cons

      Lack of job security for several years culminating in a layoff after nearly 3 decades with the firm. Like many places, benefits, raises, and advancement opportunities diminished over time as the firm decided to offshore roles.
