Pros
Citigroup is a great company to work for! I've been with them for 7 years and they took care of me the entire time. Probably the direction failed during these years. However, people leave there or get fired because they don't want to do their job. They think that it's better somewhere else. I've seen people quit and come back several times, because guess what you have to actually work at any job!
Cons
Some managers don't motivate employees. They make them feel like they can't do anything right. Its very negative and stressful.
